We put pockets on a dress (again) give us an award. But really this is probably the nicest women's piece we've ever made, and a lot of that credit goes to the fabric which is an incredible organic cotton that's hand loomed. A few nice features really stack up to make something special: adjustable mandarin collar, backless design with cinches, and pleats to accommodate various bust sizes.

Building on the positive response on adding Natural Dye to our fabric line up 2 years ago in 2026 we have opted to introduce a handloom variant. The specific cotton being used is Kala Cotton, is native to the Kutch region of Gujarat, India. The plant is rain fed, requiring no irrigation or chemicals to grow. The short staple nature of the fiber results in irregular and unique textures with a beautiful slub.

Female model is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 60 kilograms, usually wears a size S and is wearing a size 1 in the Stun Dress.
