Our medium weight 220gsm tee fabric. Super soft hand feel, pure cotton in a jersey style knit. More structured than our Cotton Jersey 180 (#005), but still light enough to wear in most climates. All garments in this fabric come larger than the measurements state to account for first wash shrinking.

Building on the positive response on adding Natural Dye to our fabric line up 2 years ago in 2026 we have opted to introduce a handloom variant. The specific cotton being used is Kala Cotton, is native to the Kutch region of Gujarat, India. The plant is rain fed, requiring no irrigation or chemicals to grow. The short staple nature of the fiber results in irregular and unique textures with a beautiful slub.

Not all linen is made the same. Which is why its always been hard to find the right linen, we've done a small batch here, small batch there over the years. But finding the linen we want to stick with for the foreseeable future and make a key part of the fabric line up has taken years. Lea refers to yarn fineness and at 25, you're getting something thats heavier and more textured than most linen shirts, but not quite as rustic as our handloom kala cotton for example. Light enough to breathe, heavy enough to drape not disappear.

Custom milled to GARUDA specifications: 70% cotton for a soft feel, 28% nylon for strength and structure, 2%  elastane for movement, built on a ripstop weave to prevent snags from becoming tears, and topped of with a Durable Water Resist coating. Layers of decisions where each % point of composition matters because they all lead to a fabric that feels soft and familiar but preforms under the pressure of the unexpected.

Crush-textured polyester, permanently set through a specialized heat process. The fabric is compressed and heat-treated to create its signature crinkled texture. Extremely lightweight, breathable, and wrinkle-resistant, it offers effortless movement and low-maintenance wear. Our primary reason for choosing this fabric is ability to be lightweight and breathable, while also providing enough water resistance till you can find shelter in a sudden rain.

380gsm polar fleece, engineered for superior warmth and durability. Crafted with an advanced anti-pilling treatment, this fabric maintains its smooth, plush texture over time. it provides exceptional heat retention without excess bulk. Designed for versatility, it offers breathable comfort while effectively blocking out cold and wind, making it an ideal mid layer insulation choice under a shell like jacket.
