Refund Policy
GARUDA-SS does not offer refunds for change of mind. Orders begin processing once we have received payment in full.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of the customer receiving the item, for items of equal or greater value only. The product you are exchanging must be in original condition. Shipping costs for exchanges are at the customers' expense. Once we receive the item back and perform an inspection we will dispatch your replacement item.
Any items that are damaged upon arrival will be exchanged for the same article, In this scenario customer must contact within 7 days of receiving the item (from date of delivery, not dispatch) and is also requested to share photos of the damaged area of the product.

Customs & Taxes
Please be aware all international orders may be subject to sales tax, import duties and customs charges. These are all at the customer's expense, determined by the receiving country. Please get in touch with your local customs department for further information.
For all parcels that are refused upon delivery due to unpaid customs charges; the customer assumes full responsibility for all return costs including postal and/or shipping charges, customs charges, and handling fees.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
