payment and shipping

  • We offer complimentary shipping on orders above Rs. 25000 (Indian Rupees)

  • We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other digital wallets for your convenience.

  • Once your order is picked up by the courier company you'll receive an automated email with a tracking number.

  • We do not offer returns for change of mind, we do offer size swaps and exchanges for items of equal or greater value, as well as credit notes.

  • Yes, we do ship internationally and locally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

  • We don't usually offer discounts but there is a members area that you can join via email. Becoming a member and making purchases allows you to earn points which you can redeem for discounts on future purchases.

PRODUCTION AND QUALITY

  • Most of the products, yes. We do outsource a few simpler items to keep up with demand. We still quality check each piece (outsourced or in-house) before sending them to you.

  • Yes, use the note section on the check out page to let us know what changes you'd like us to make. If you're unsure and need guidance chat with the support team for clarity whether your custom requirements can be met.

  • No. The archive section is to show the brand's history throughout the years with our previous products.

  • GARUDA-SS products are both designed and produced by a small, dedicated team in our own private studio located in Panchkula, India.

  • Made to Order means the item requires work to complete. In some cases it means the item just needs finishing touches we add after the order is placed, and in most cases it means that we start making the piece after the order is placed.

Clothing is the 2nd most Co2 emission producing industry in the world behind the fossil fuel industry. We aren't exactly saints considering we use synthetic fabrics here and there. This initiative allows us to clear some guilt, and you to also feel better about your purchase.
