The wool one is itchy... But of course it's itchy, it's not chemically treated. It's made using a fully closed supply chain that's farm to finished product. It's brown because its undyed and that's the colour of the sheep's wool.
The recycled cotton one is not itchy.
Both are knitted by hand.
