SHIPPING AND RETURNS


GARUDA-SS does not offer refunds for change of mind, as many garments are produced/completed on order. Orders are processed as soon as we have received payment in full.

Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of the customer receiving the item, for items of EQUAL or GREATER value. The product you are exchanging must be in original condition. Shipping costs for exchanges are at customers expense.

Exchanges are not permitted on commissioned/custom measurement orders. To request an exchange, email GARUDA.CUSTOMERSERVICES@GMAIL.COM. All exchange requests are subject to availability.

In the case of a ‘LAY-BUY’ purchase (where the customer has set up a periodic payment plan) GARUDA-SS will not offer a refund if the customer chooses to cancel their purchase after the payment plan has commenced. In this scenario the customer will be provided a credit note (valid for 365 days) equal to the value that the customer has already paid during their payment plan.

Please be aware ALL international orders may be subject to sales tax, import duties and customs charges. These are all at the customers expense, these are all determined by the receiving country. Please contact your local customs for further information.

For all parcels that are refused upon delivery due to unpaid customs charges; the customer assumes full responsibility for all costs of return including postal and/or shipping charges, customs charges, and handling fees.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
